One Magazine Scans

Here's a few scans from One magazine. The first pic is a version from the EW Shooting Stars photoshoot that I hadn't seen before (clearly there are more outtakes than we thought). The others - well they are from the infamous Mark Segal Interview photoshoot that causes as much fuss as the Shining pics - but these are mag scans so .... Thanks to our affiliate Pattinsonlife for the tip.

Lordy lordy this one always kills me

Thanks for this one Goz I think I missed it

Interview with The Hollywood Reporter

Here is a great little Rob interview with The Hollywood Reporter. So good how these interviews are coming in slowly now so we can enjoy them properly. Love ones like these where Rob can just talk without any interviewer interrupting him. Will hand you over to Rob now as he says everything so much better than I ever can lol.

Special Screening of Little Ashes @ Randwick Ritz Cinema

Well I can honestly say I've been waiting for this day for a very long time. Sydney please show your support of Rob by coming along to this special screening of Little Ashes at The Ritz Cinema, Randwick (click on special screenings on left sidebar) at 7.30 pm on Wednesday 9 December 2009. This is the first time Little Ashes has been screened in Australia. The Ritz have put a lot of faith in RPAU so I'm counting on you to show them how much we want to see Rob's indie films. Seriously if you haven't seen Rob's portrayal of Salvador Dali, then I can't urge you enough to come along - you will not be disappointed. Even if you have seen it, as I have countless times, there is nothing like seeing Rob on the big screen. Tickets can be purchased at the box office or online by simplying clicking on the link above (go to "ticket purchases' on left sidebar). I know I've already bought my tickets. Thanks also to Tamara at Kojo Pictures for the faith!

Classification is MA15+ which means if you are under 15 you must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

New Japan Interview

This interview with Rob during his time in Japan is only short but is so adorable. Thanks to the wonderful odameCA for the clip which includes a translation of the questions & our affiliate pattinsonlife for the tip.

Remember Me Stills

I know we have seen these before but thanks to our friend Kate at our elite affie ROBsessed we can appreciate them in better quality. *Waves to Kate* I cannot wait to see Rob in this film.

EW Cover

I don't think I've seen this pic of Rob before so here's why I'm bringing you the cover of the December issue of Entertainment Weekly. Hot damn can we have this untagged please. Oh but wait, I think it's a Stewart Shining pic, so I doubt it. Thanks to our lovely friend Kate from our elite affiliate ROBsessed for the tip.

Remember Me - Rob I Doubt We Can Forget

Oh okay cheesy title, but I'm loving that we are starting to get some positive comments about this film. This is what Sean Callahan from The Examiner has to say:

"As the New Moon breaks records, attention should be brought to a trailer with a release date in March of 2010. No, not Eclipse, but rather Remember Me, a film which could legitimize Robert Pattinson as an actor and not just a Teen Beat cover boy. [Note to Sean - he's already a legitimate actor to me and 1000s of others - has he actually ever been on a Teen Beat cover?]

Remember Me is filled with an amazing cast: the impeccable, Academy Award winner Chris Cooper, Pierce Brosnan and Lena Olin. Robert is enlisted to play Tyler, a poetic misfit, who wants to be his own man but does not know how to find the path to becoming one. His father, portrayed by Brosnan, does not know what to do with him, which only leads to Tyler’s greater alienation.

Until, he meets Ally who gives him a spark at a real relationship. She is quirky as is he, so it just might be ideal. That is, until her father played by Cooper steps in as the cop who busted Tyler earlier on with whom only tensions rise between them as Tyler’s relationship with Ally grows.

Yes, this sounds like every other lost teenage romance film, with the idea of “To hell with everyone else!” This film is directed by Allen Coulter who has directed primarily television shows (as well as the very underrated Hollywoodland
) but therein lies the potential strength of this film. His resume includes The Sopranos, Rome (HBO), Six Feet Under and Sex in the City. All of these shows have one major thread in common. They are very character-driven. Which is good news for Pattinson fans.

Additionally, the movie will bring together a formidable love interest in Emilie de Ravin who plays Ally. She has great charisma and shines forth on the screen. This will be a much better pairing than Robert and Kristin, screen-wise.

If the trailer is any indication, Remember Me promises to be the one film Pattinson does that will not be forgotten."
You're not kidding there Sean. If the trailer is any indication of Rob's performance well then I think he is going to leave Dali behind. I cannot wait to see more of this film because that trailer in the words of Tyler "I guess was just there to tease me".

Vanity Fair Outtakes Part 4

Here is what we have all been waiting for, part four of the outtakes from Rob's gorgeous shoot with Vanity Fair by Bruce Weber. So beautiful. That first one is just too adorable for words. Thanks so much Bruce Weber & VF, you are both awesome.

New BTS Pic

This pic from behind the scenes of New Moon is only small but I thought Rob was too cute in it not to share. This time last week we were off to the midnight screening tonight or maybe I should call it 'midnight screaming' lol. Hard to believe that a week has passed, time goes by so fast.

Spanish Interview with Rob

I really like interviews like these that are just Rob talking on his own & no interviewer there to interrupt him or take up any time. The questions are in Spanish but I think from Rob's answers we get a pretty good idea of what he is being asked. Rob talks mostly about New Moon in this one but he does speak about what is coming up for him next year towards the end. I just cannot wait to see him in the role of Georges in Bel-Ami. He is going to be brilliant. I am so excited about Rob's upcoming projects, so many wonderful things to look forward to. Just have to add & I know we have said it before, but I just love the way Rob says 'Guy de Maupasssant'.

Remember Me Update

This is just to let you know that I contacted Nick Osborne to see if he knew about international release dates and premieres for Remember Me since it's still showing as 11 February in Australia. I'm not really going to tell you anything you want to hear yet except that they will be working these out in the coming weeks and so I'll let you know as soon as we do. Perhaps it's been pushed back to March because of Rob's filming for Bel-Ami. Fingers crossed everyone that we might get considered.
PS. Gozde your screencaps have made it onto the Remember Me FB page.

Up Close & Personal

What a way to start the day! He really is beautiful. Thanks to our gorgeous elite affiliate and friend Gozde from ROBsessed for these beauties. Gozde you ARE the best.

Little Ashes Screening @ Ritz Cinema Randwick

Okay if you saw my earlier tweet then you would know that The Ritz Cinema, Randwick will be screening Little Ashes on Wednesday 9 December 2009 at 7pm. This is great news as we have been trying to get a limited cinema release of this film since last year. If the Ritz has plenty of interest then they will certainly consider doing further screenings. I'm just waiting for them to give me precise details of ticket purchasing etc and so will do a further post soon.

This is my favourite performance of Rob to date - please let's make this a success. We really began to think we would never see this film on the big screen in Australia. Thanks Kojo Pictures and Randwick Ritz for giving us this chance to see Rob truly shine. And I'm sure you will be glad to be rid of me *eventually* LOL.
